The Gown Only
The gathered blouse is joined to the skirt with a shaped stomacher panel.  The back of the dress is cut into a very low décolletage.
A soft sash in contrasting or matching fabric loops through a decorative or fabric ring at the front neckline and wraps around the body to knot in the back, falling into a long train.  The gown closes on the left side with concealed snaps and hooks.
The gown is cut from crepe-backed silk satin, silk crepe in prints or solids, silk taffetas, faille, silk jacquards, brocade, velvet, pique', linen, lace, eyelet, and cotton.
The frock may be lined with china silk or crepe.

The gown pattern only in size 18 (36" bust, 30" waist, 37" hip).



The Gown and Tunic
The tunic coat is suitable for day or evening wear.  The shoulders are darted in the front and back, and the sleeve is cut in full or 3/4 length.  The tunic closes in front with a belt or sash.
The belt pattern was missing from the original pattern, one may cut the belt in fabric 5" wide, by 33" long for the size 18.  As the tunic 3/4 sleeve facing was also missing from the original pattern, one may be cut using the bottom portion of the tunic 3/4 sleeve.
The evening style can be cut from all fabrics listed above for the frock.
The day style is cut from velvet, wool tweed, wool flannel or wool gabardine.
Available in size 18 (36" bust, 30" waist, 39" hip).
