This pattern includes the panelled skirt and a blouse with an attached scarf over which the cape buttons-just brilliant!

This pattern is available in: 18 (fitting a 36" bust, 30" waist and 39" hip) or size 20 (fitting a 38" bust, 32" waist and 39" hip).   The original fabric suggestions cited for this design are: Basketweave, Tweed, Lightweight Woolen, Bengaline, Wool Crepe, Serge and Herringbone Tweed.
