| E30-1771 Ladies' Evening Frock, circa 1934 This evening frock comes with two styles of bodices and sleeves. The original pattern was missing the envelope, so there is no color art or yardage chart with this design, but we have managed to make an estimate of how much fabric is required for the size 14. Style I has a shirred puff sleeve with a yoke that is stitched to the blouse. Version II has a flutter sleeve that is sewn to an otherwise sleeveless blouse. The skirt of each is the long trumpet skirt that is extremely flattering! I have cut the skirt of this gown, added waist bias and have worn it as a separate with other pieces such as the 1931 suit jacket from pattern SE30-6690 or the 1940's mandarin coat pattern C40-5477 and compliments fly everyplace I go, they will for you, too! 12-piece pattern in size 14 (32" bust, 26" waist, 35" hip) $17 |
