| The twill tape is applied to each raw edge of all fur pieces in the overhand stitch manner. Above, the twill is then turned under and catch-stitched to the skin. Below left, you see the interlined coat with the completely stitched fur collar and lining waiting in the background. |

| Above is stitched collar receiving the wool fill. The inside edge of the collar has been catch-stitched to the raw edges of the neckline of the coat with the lining in place. The outside of the collar's edge will now be eased and catch-stitched in place with heavy thread that was used when stitching the inside of the collar edge to the coat. |
