~My size is not in the range of sizes offered in the multi-size pattern I want. Why?
When I began grading patterns, I stuck with the range of sizes in which the design was made available by the original pattern company. As I become more experienced in grading and as demand dictates, I am beginning to go outside of the size ranges originally established by the original pattern maker. |

~What Do The Patterns Come With?
All patterns are complete with instructions and envelope art unless otherwise noted in each pattern description. |

~What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard or Discover, personal checks or money orders. Due to fraud, we no longer accept PayPal payments under any circumstances. |

~Do You Accept Orders From Overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world, but we only ship credit card purchases to addresses that match the card billing address. If you wish to order and have the items sent to an address other than the card billing address, you will have to send payment in the form of a cheque in US funds unless you are a repeat international customer we already have in our records. |

~May I Return A Pattern?
Patterns are not returnable. |

~How Long Does it Take For an Order to Ship?
All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. Orders ship out each Wednesday and Saturday. They must be received by noon EST each Friday to ship that Saturday. If you need expedited shipping arrangements, please drop me an e-mail or indicate in the 'comments' field upon secure checkout.
Single patterns 1/2lb or under are shipped first class and single patterns over 1/2lb and multiple patterns are shipped via priority, so depending on your location within the U.S., the time will vary between 2 and 7 days. We ship international orders via first class international when applicable, taking 4-10 business days. |
