22-piece hand-drafted pattern originally by Butterick for the set of four hats.

3/8" seams are given.

Head size 23".  Measure your head with a cloth dressmaker’s tape about ½” above your eyebrows where the hat will rest.  If you are without a tape measure, use a piece of string and measure it against a yard stick.  Err on the larger size if your measurement is not exact.  See diagram.
