B30-1444; 1934 Frilly Jabot Blouse

7-piece hand-drafted pattern originally by Simplicity, ‘Surplice Blouse has lower front blouse section with a belt worn at the waistline.  Shaped sleeves are top-stitched for detail and a ruffled jabot is gathered down at front right side, which closes with a button.

1/2" seams are given.

Featured in Simplicity's Montgomery Ward retail flyer in June 1934, 'Another variation of the frilly jabot decorates the blouse closing'.
