S40-6166; 1945 Men's Shirts
10-piece pattern originally by McCall, the shirt is buttoned at front, pleated to yoke at back and is vented at each side. Two patch pockets and sleeves are long or short. View A has contrast front or in all one fabric. This style can be fashioned into a formal, if desired. Just remove the patch pockets and do it up in a snazzy fabric!
Suggested fabrics: Linen, novelty cottons, flannel, khaki cloth, jersey, cotton shirting, (For shirt with short sleeves only: Plaid cottons, corduroy).
5/8" seams are given on all edges. 1" hem is allowed.
Fits 38" to 48" chest.
